Gerald is a dedicated public servant, currently working for the federal government in Washington, D.C. His journey of excellence began with 27 years of honorable service in the U.S. Air Force, where he rose to the rank of Colonel before retiring and settling in Northern Virginia.
A lifelong learner and mentor, Gerald holds a doctorate in management from Colorado Technical University, a master’s degree from Troy State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University. His commitment to shaping future leaders is reflected in his book, Striving for Perfection: Developing Professional Black Officers, which has been endorsed by President Barack Obama, General Colin Powell, and esteemed senior government and military officials.
Beyond his authorship, Gerald serves as an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Technical University, contributing to both graduate and undergraduate programs in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. His insights on leadership are shared monthly through his column in The Urban Voice Magazine in Las Vegas, Nevada. His passion for preserving and honoring history led him to serve as the Outreach Director for the acclaimed film documentary For Love of Liberty: The Story of Black American Patriots, produced by Eleventh Day Entertainment in Hollywood, California.
Gerald’s unwavering dedication to mentorship and empowerment extends globally. He actively participates in international, national, and community organizations that inspire young people to pursue excellence and contribute to safeguarding national interests.

Robert’s academic background is as diverse as his professional journey. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education and a Master of Science in Special Education from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee. Additionally, he earned anAssociate of Science in Nursing from the Academy of Health Sciences in San Antonio, Texas. His commitment to service extended beyond the classroom—he dedicated 15 years to the U.S. Army as a Trauma Nurse, providing critical care in high-pressure situations, and later retired as a Staff Nurse from the State of Tennessee Department of Corrections, continuing his mission of service.
Now, as a publisher, Robert is devoted to helping others bring their stories to life. A man of deep faith and unwavering purpose, he dedicates his time to serving in the church and believes that every individual has a story worth telling.

Kenneth Curry, affectionately known as “Danny” by his family and close friends, was a visionary, educator, and prolific writer whose legacy continues to inspire generations. In 2003, he founded Curry Brothers Publishing, driven by his deep passion for storytelling and his unwavering belief in the power of literature to educate, uplift, and preserve culture.
Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and West Palm Beach, Florida, Kenneth’s love for the arts began early. While in high school, he immersed himself in creative writing and filmmaking, developing the skills that would later define his life’s work. An avid reader and gifted storyteller, he wrote and published over 26 books, leaving behind a literary footprint that still resonates today. His premier published title, The Legend of the Dancing Trees, is a beloved children’s story rooted in African American folklore, a testament to his commitment to preserving and sharing cultural heritage through storytelling.
Kenneth was also a dedicated educator. He earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Music Education from Tennessee State University and went on to share his knowledge and passion for music with students of all ages. He taught instrumental and general music at the elementary, middle, high school, and university levels, enriching countless lives through the universal language of music.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kenneth was a devoted husband to Wilma Mosley-Curry until his untimely passing. Though he is no longer with us, his vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to education and storytelling remain at the heart of Curry Brothers Publishing.
His legacy lives on in every story published, every lesson taught, and every life touched by his work.
