One Man’s Mind is quite an interesting read. Being unsure of what to expect, I was quite impressed with the finished product. John’s poems contain inspirational, thought provoking words that are right on point when it comes to “telling it like it is” and life experiences. John’s book contains reading material that caused me to stop and think, to realize he was correct on many issues. The illustrations did not overpower the poems and were a nice addition to the book. John’s poems are good and straight from his heart and mind; I am excited and eagerly awaiting the second book.
